Residential property developer New Hope Evergreen has appointed experienced Sydney-based builder Binah to construct its three-tower St Leonards apartment development, Landmark Quarter.

Binah, an ICIRT Gold Star-rated builder, will kick off construction on the development which has secured over $100 million in sales since launching earlier this year. Those sales included a suburb record $7.5 million for a three-bedroom apartment. Four penthouses have also sold for a combined $35 million, highlighting the desire for larger apartments in the area.

Peter Pereira, New Hope Evergreen Development Director, says the record-breaking sales express the discerning buyer’s appreciation for architectural finesse, luxury interiors, and our lifestyle-centric amenities.

"Our partnership with Binah propels us closer to realising our vision of providing opulent living spaces in the heart of St Leonards," Pereira said.

"Their proven track record in handling complex projects assures us of a stellar execution as we embark on this exciting phase."

The Landmark Quarter, located at the highest point in St Leonards South, features a host of resort-style amenities such as a cinema, mineral pool, private rooftop terraces, and a scenic rooftop communal area offering harbour and city views.

The developer has invested $1.4 billion in St Leonards, having previously completed the nearby tower, The Landmark.
