Busy Sydney builder developer Landmark Group has launched its latest residential apartment development.

The Blacktown project, dubbed 2nd Avenue after its location on Second Avenue near Blacktown Station, comprises 275 one and two-bedroom apartments above retail spaces in a 20-level tower designed by DKO Architects

The apartments feature open-plan living spaces leading to private balconies with district views.

The heart of every home is its open-plan kitchen, complete with high-quality European appliances, stone benchtops, and a generously proportioned breakfast bar as the focal point.

Each apartment comes with basement parking, conveniently accessible via one of the six lifts.

Shared amenities within Second Avenue, include a common BBQ area, lawn spaces, and a rooftop terrace—multiple settings for gatherings with friends and family.

All developments by Landmark Group come with a Quality Guarantee, backed by a ten-year Extended Structural Warranty on building structure, surpassing the NSW Government's six-year statutory requirement.

Landmark recently launched their three-tower Macquarie Park apartment development, The Macquarie Collection.
