International developers BRDB take to South Hurstville for Allen & George apartments
Operating across Malaysia and the UK, international property developers BRDB kick started their works in Sydney with two flagship developments in Sydney, with Verdana in Miranda and PARQ in Wollongong.
Their next project, Allen & George, in partnership with Altus Group, is the latest to join the list, located on the corner Allen St & King Georges Rd, South Hurstville
Just 57 apartments are on offer in Allen & George, with a mix of of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans, as well as a collection of garden apartments.
Situated across two buildings, with ground floor retail space in one, the apartments gaze over a landscaped residents-only courtyard and barbecue area, which creates a calming green sanctuary.
The higher floor apartments take in views of the surrounding neighbourhood and bay, while the lower levels offer a more secluded and private living experience.
Designed by the Richard Foley, Paul Greenwood and Kate Greenwood fronted stu+FF Studio, the apartments feature full height glazing floods the apartments with natural sunlight, while the crossflow design and three street frontages ensure that most apartments are corner positioned, maximising natural ventilation and viewpoints.
The apartments adjoin to landscaped balconies, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors and entertain guests in the privacy of their own homes.
Allen & George is just a short stroll to the Hurstville Train Station, making commuting to and from the city a breeze. The Hurstville Town Centre is also within walking distance, offering a variety of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
In addition, the apartments are surrounded by a number of parks and reserves, providing a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
With over $20 billion in residential project sales across some of Sydney’s most prominent new developments, Laver Residential Projects are handling the marketing of Allen & George, with a display suite open now by appointment.
