Founded in Sydney in 1999 as a family-owned and operated business, Level 33 operate in-house with their design and construction team for a majority of their projects, including their Woollongong development, Skye and Vicinity Point in Wolli Creek.

The group are doing that with their latest project, EVO Fairfield, which is positioned in the heart of the growing suburb.

EVO is a collection of four distinct buildings, each with their own unique design and architecture, set among beautifully landscaped surrounds. The development boasts an exceptional calibre of craftsmanship and finishes, making it one of the most sought-after properties in the area.

The apartments at EVO offer ambient living spaces that seamlessly flow to generous balconies or private courtyard gardens, providing an inviting environment for alfresco entertaining.

The apartments command views from a variety of aspects, with many taking in vistas of Parramatta, the city skyline or the Blue Mountains to the west. The apartments are available in one, two and three-bedroom configurations, with a select number featuring a unique double-storey layout.

The kitchens are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical, featuring Tundra Grey marble benchtops and splashbacks that complement the charcoal-hued oak-finish cabinetry running full height for maximum storage.

At the heart of the kitchen, the stunning island benches are designed to be multi-functional. They provide ample space for preparing meals, informal dining or simply gathering with family and friends.

The island benches are a real highlight of these kitchens, adding to the modern aesthetic and convenience. The kitchens are also equipped with top-of-the-line Franke stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and integrated dishwasher, for ultimate efficiency.

The bathrooms in EVO Fairfield are equally impressive, boasting a thoroughly contemporary aesthetic with grey floor and vanity feature wall tiles complemented by large-format white wall tiles. Wall-hung vanities and mirrored cabinetry add to the sleek and modern design, making for a truly luxurious experience.

The ground level of EVO is home to café and retail spaces, which brings life and vitality to the building.

The landscaped podium garden at the heart of the development provides a serene haven of greenery where residents can relax, unwind, meet friends, or get to know their neighbours. Two of the buildings feature extensively landscaped rooftop terraces, creating sanctuaries in the sky with sweeping district, city and Blue Mountains views from their elevated vantage point.

EVO is a prime example of Level 33's commitment to creating innovative, sustainable developments that enhance the quality of life for residents.

The development is designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The use of high-quality materials and finishes ensures that the apartments are not only beautiful but also built to last.

The unique design of EVO has already generated significant interest from prospective buyers, with many attracted to the development's distinctive architecture, premium finishes, and stunning views.

The development is ideally located in the heart of Parramatta, with easy access to public transport, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. EVO offers residents the perfect balance of urban convenience and relaxed, sophisticated living.
