Kai Residences in Bogangar is the latest instalment of luxury townhouses by boutique developer Omira Property Group.

Kai Residences comprises just seven villas, just a handful of steps to Cudgen Lake and a short walk to Cabarita Beach.

We recently sat down with Omira Property Group Director Alasdair Baker, C2 Architecture's George Chambers, and Maddison Road sales agent Matt Neilson, to discuss the project.

Alasdair Baker said they want their buyers to love where they live.

"One of our philosophies is we want to combine the best in global design with the best destinations which is one of the reasons we decided to partner with C2 architecture," Baker says.

"As a partcice, both of their principals have internaitonal experience, and that extends to working on hotel and resort projects, which was an important part of the feel we wanted to bring into Kai."

Chambers says the houses we created provide a place where someone feels like they're constantly on holidays and can relexa and enjoy their lifestyle.'

The villas have either three or four bedrooms. All have been designed with a neutral palette, light-focused architecture, and a curated flow of space with an open-plan living and dining setting extending to a balcony that maximises nature light and brings the outdoors in.

Practicality meets versatility with a multi-purpose ground floor room, likely to be utilized as a second living area given it opens to a private landscaped area which features a plunge pool.
