The coastal area of the Central Coast is experiencing a surge in both private and government investment, as its potential for growth becomes increasingly apparent.

Property development and building company JMGM are seeking to build on the strong infrastructure pipeline surrounding the Central Coast, and particularly the Gosford area, with their newest mixed-use development, Horizon.

Comprising 182 apartments across 19 levels, Horizon boasts spacious interiors, crafted to create an aesthetically pleasing environment while providing views of the surrounding area.

Designed by Lutolli Architects + Partners, each living space extending to an expansive balcony, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The apartments sit above a 2,500 sqm retail space, providing residents with urban-styled eateries, grocers and cafes just steps from their door.

Residents will also benefit from an outdoor pool and lounges, as well as a Swedish-inspired sauna.

Beyond the allure of Horizon, the location itself offers excellent connectivity. The northern areas of Sydney are just a short drive down the M1, and the city is accessible by train from Gosford Station in under 90 minutes.
