Busy builder developer HYG has launched their second apartment development of 2023.

Following on from their Waterloo apartment project TB.W, HYG has launched Keynote Residences in the suburb of Beecroft, in the Hornsby Shire but near Parramatta.

Developed in collaboration with Cottee Parker, Keynote Residences presents 34 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and two large four-bedroom penthouses. The penthouse grants exclusive access to 80 sqm of balcony space.

The five-level building will fit right into the Beecroft High Street with its versatile retail space at the ground level, and its use of colour and materials that resonate with the suburban environment.

"The building and the interiors address the materiality of the suburbs, so we've used brick that's common to the area," Cottee Parker Principal Designer Angelo Di Marco said.

"The materials are earthy and autumnal in tone. They're sort of materials that we're familiar with, so it feels very natural environment that blends in with the surrounding area."

Each apartment is designed with a focus on modern elegance yet welcoming atmosphere. Engineered European oak timber floors add warmth, while panelled feature walls contribute a unique textural element. Some residences feature Australian-designed and handcrafted Ceto feature lights in kitchens and bathrooms for a bespoke touch.

Generous, stylish living areas create the perfect environment for entertaining, flowing to spacious alfresco areas set against a backdrop of sweeping views.

"We've really focused on the indoor and outdoor living spaces. I think the most significant thing about Keynote is the ability to flow from inside to outside on your terrace into having these district views, feeling part of the treetops, feeling part of the village below," Di Marco added.

Kitchens boast a curved island made from timber veneer, topped with engineered stone and detailed joinery, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.

Bedrooms have been designed as calming havens appointed with Acacia Hill carpet. Several master suites open to the alfresco areas for an airy indoor-outdoor flow, with large sliding glass doors drawing light into the spaces.

A number of the master suites enjoy the privilege of a custom-designed walk-in dressing area and wardrobe lit by LED lights to store and display famous designer pieces.

In the bathrooms, larger tiles add sophistication, complemented by heated towel rails for a touch of luxury and warmth.

Select units feature versatile piano rooms, catering to music enthusiasts or as flexible multi-purpose spaces.

Keynote is located next to the retail hub of Beecroft Place and directly opposite the Beecroft train station. The central location is fantastic for families and young couples, with Arden Anglican School and Beecroft Public School within walking distance.

The development is slated for completion in December 2025.
