Developer Tian An's Auburn Square is setting a new benchmark for convenience in Western Sydney, with the precinct's location placing everything on a residents' doorstep.

Convenience starts with the Auburn train station only a three-minute stroll from Auburn Square's front door.

Sitting in the geographical heart of Sydney within the thriving Auburn community, Auburn Square boasts convenient access to destinations across the Harbour City and beyond. The adjacent Parramatta Road and the M4 offer a quick route to Sydney CBD and destinations further west.

For those working or studying in the city, the commute to Central from Auburn Station takes only 30 minutes, with plans for increased commuting capacity via the new Metro West train line.

On their way to the station, residents can grab a coffee at Dazzu, or eat a filling breakfast at the several Mediterranean restaurants nearby.

Auburn takes pride in its status as one of Australia's most multicultural communities, with a significant population of immigrants from Afghan, Turkish, Lebanese, and Chinese backgrounds. This diversity manifests in various multicultural restaurants and specialty grocers, exemplifying Auburn's blossoming reputation as a food destination.

A welcoming community of food enthusiasts brings the traditional flavours of the Middle East, Asia, and Africa to numerous family-run cafes and restaurants.

For starters, residents can savour good coffee, traditional sweets, and pastries at Gaziantep Sweets and Ahwii Café, then indulge in delicious grilled meats and renowned fried chicken at Bar.B.Q Tonight for either lunch or dinner.

Within a five-minute walk from Auburn Square are several highly-rated cuisine restaurants such as Chinese Nan Han Seafood, Nepalese Tapari Nights, Tarim Uyghur Handmade Noodles, Auburn Kebab House, Zedan Bakery for pizza, and Persian Darband Restaurant—residents have so much to try and discover.

Auburn Square also enjoys the convenience of being surrounded by prominent shopping malls, starting with Auburn Central Shopping Centre, just a nine-minute walk away. Primewest Auburn Megamall to the west and Auburn Redyard Shopping Mall and Lidcombe Shopping Centre to the east are all within a five-minute reach.

Beyond urban conveniences, Auburn is a vibrant community with parks and ovals that promote family fitness and fun.

The Auburn Botanic Gardens, only a seven-minute drive from Auburn Square, offers a peaceful haven for visitors of all ages. Covering nine hectares, it's renowned for its Ryoan-ji-style Japanese Garden, complete with an annual Cherry Blossom Festival in August.

For young families seeking quality education for their children, Auburn Square is surrounded by a diverse selection of public, Catholic, Islamic, and independent schools catering to children from Kindergarten to Year 12. The Sydney Adventist School Auburn, Auburn Girls High School, and St John's Catholic Primary School are some of the nearest schools, all within a convenient ten-minute walk.

Meanwhile, Parramatta’s growing business district is only 10 minutes by train.

The first stage of Auburn Square, which comprises 148 apartments across a 10-level building, has recently been completed and is ready for occupancy.
