Each terrace boasts a distinct facade on Marriott Street, an intentional detail that underscores the sense of individuality. SJB cleverly flipped a traditional floorplan upside down, so the main living space sits above the streetscape.

The three bedrooms, including a master suite with walk-through wardrobe and ensuite, are located on the entry level of the terrace. There are two sets of stairs to access the second level, either internal or external through the landscaped ground floor courtyard.

Much like the design of the apartments, the statement kitchen is the focal point of the terraces, finished in lustrous Pietra Verde and sintered stone.
