Melbourne-based developer Fridcorp has unveiled their newest stage at Beyond Hurstville, their Southern Sydney mixed-use precinct.

The new release, Parker residences, will sit in the third completed tower of four in the Forest Road development which has been designed by DKO and with interiors by Woods Bagot.

The 213 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments in the Parker release range from $660,000 to $1.56 million. Half of the apartments have been spoken for.

Beyond comprises four sculptural towers, varying from eight to 20 levels, housing a total of 563 apartments in landscaping by 360 Degrees.

The Parker apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of Botany Bay and the CBD.

Buyers have the option to select from two distinct colour schemes, featuring natural materials such as stone benches, oak flooring, and brushed brass finishes.

Beyond will incorporate Wellness by Fridcorp, a comprehensive health and well-being initiative to be integrated into each apartment. This initiative encompasses an air purification system, advanced water filtration, and circadian lighting technology.

Residents will have access to a range of exclusive lifestyle amenities in the 3,500 sqm raised podium, including a lobby bar and lounge, indoor and outdoor dining and BBQ areas surrounding the BEYOND gardens, a sauna, a yoga deck, a games room, and a fitness and wellness studio.

The Beyond towers also surround a 5,000 sqm retail precinct anchored by the already opened Woolworths and BWS, with 1,000 sqm dedicated to St Clair Lane, featuring specialty retail, cafés, and restaurants launching this year. Their eat street section of the precinct will open in late 2024.

Beyond is only 16 kilometres from the CBD, just 19 minutes by express train from either Allawah and Hurstville stations which are nearby.
