Setting a new benchmark for residential developments in Western Sydney, Auburn Square is the latest development delivered by property developers Tian An.

From its roots as one of Australia’s oldest listed property developers, then known as Port Bouvard, Tian An has grown to deliver quality residential projects.

Auburn Square has been designed for ultimate day-to-day liveability, with its precinct vision largely inspired by the nearby Auburn Botanical Gardens.

Designed by Rothelowman, the development features 2,000sqm of green space, an impressive rooftop garden, outdoor fitness area, film projector and screen and barbeque space.

Each apartment features contemporary design elements, high-end finishes and premium inclusions.

Situated a three-minute walk from Auburn Central, the tower is located within a vibrant village and is just moments from transport to take you to the Parramatta and Sydney CBDs.

Retail spaces are located along the ground floor level of Northumberland Rd, connecting directly to Auburn Town Centre.
