Fenbury release The Moorings, Newport residences
A few months after launching their luxury Bondi Beach apartment development Mayfair, developer Fenbury is set to launch a new project on Pittwater.
They've revealed The Moorings, just eight home lots on Winji Jimmi Bay in Newport. Each has their own private and enclosed marina berth that can accomodate vessels between 25 to 30 metres.
Plans for the homes, across a 6,000 sqm site at 122 Crescent Road, are by Scott Carver.
Land and marina berth prices start from $5.5 million, with prices for the land, marina berth and custom homes starting from around $9 million subject to size and finish.
Domain Projects agent Peter Grant, who is marketing The Moorings, says it represents a rarity in the Australian real estate landscape that truly has the potential to meet buyers’ every need.
“Not often does a buyer have the luxury of creating a beautiful, unique custom-built home with an ongoing concierge service to ensure that every desire is catered for from design through to completion," Grant says.
“Underpinned by Fenbury, a developer that prides itself on creating and enhancing prestigious property portfolios, The Moorings genuinely provides an all-in-one solution for the most discerning buyers, the privileged few, who are also looking to establish and protect generational wealth.
"This value proposition, blending the ultimate in lifestyle with a future-proof asset is an aspect of the property journey that will appeal to astute buyers who place as much emphasis on the fiscal return as they do the value in living day-to-day in enviable luxury and share the experiences of a wonderful waterfront lifestyle that allows them to set sail from their very own doorstep."
Fenbury Founder and Managing Director, Sammy Soliman, says The Moorings is a perfect example of their vision to set their clients and their families up for continued success, in prestigious waterfront locations that are not only highly sought after right now, but so rare that their ongoing value is guaranteed.
"We are providing an end-to-end solution for those purchasers fortunate to be taking the ultimate step in their property journey as they set to focus on a luxurious lifestyle and sacred family time spent in a generational home that fulfils their dreams,” Soliman said.
The configurations of the homes, which will be built with natural materials and stone can be chosen by the buyer but could include up to four bedrooms, a wine cellar, a cinema room, a pool and lift access.
Director of Scott Carver Architects, Edward Salib, said the essence of The Moorings from a design perspective, lies in Fenbury’s commitment to individuality.
“The homes to be built at The Moorings, pending individual approvals subject to each owner’s personal vision, will ultimately be more than just buildings; but instead, living, breathing embodiments of Pittwater's history and the vision for an enriched, harmonious life. Each home will represent the intersection of where the past meets the future in a celebration of comfort, elegance, and a deep connection to the land and sea,” said Mr Salib.
The key to this remarkable approach lies in the recognition that every home is one of a kind. Each house, in its own way, will become a reflection of the land it graces and the views it beholds.
With planning approvals in place for site works, and lots prepared for immediate construction commencement, expressions of interest are now open for interested parties.
Fenbury’s residential pipeline includes the recently launched Mayfair Bondi Beach, a selection of seven three-bedroom residences on Bondi Beach, as well as Avalon Waterfront, an expansive 8,500 sqm site planned for subdivision into two one-acre lots that will home two luxury residences.
