Fenbury launch exclusive Mayfair apartments on Bondi's exclusive Campbell Parade
Property developer Fenbury has launched Mayfair, its exclusive Bondi Beach apartment development on the dress circle Campbell Parade.
Mayfair, at 58 Campbell Parade, comprises seven north-facing three-bedroom apartments, replacing an original block of 17.
Designed by MHN Design Union, Mayfair's façade is characterised by brick balconies with steel balustrades that integrate with the overall architectural design, complete with staggered and corbelled brickwork framing the apartments.
The project has been designed to retain several notable original building features. MHNDU will open the façade, creating more established viewpoints of the iconic neighbouring beach.
MHNDU also paid meticulous attention to the building's rear elevation, creating rounded-edged brick cantilevered balconies and a core lift area clad in black zinc for a modern touch.
In a departure from neighbouring buildings, Mayfair is exclusively designed and dedicated solely to residential use.
The ground-floor apartments are set back from the pavement and elevated, designed with steel-battened fences for a distinctive demarcation line. The repositioned front doors contribute to a sense of symmetry reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
Ennen & Co has curated the interiors of Mayfair, with a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area leading to generous terraces offering panoramic views of Bondi Beach.
Each apartment will have three bedrooms, while the penthouse will have four bedrooms, and a spa looking over the beach.
CBRE is marketing Mayfair.
Next door to Mayfair is F45 founder Rob Deutsche's residential development, which was lodged with council in September. The plans are for four luxury apartments above retail premises.
