Cremorne, the affluent suburb on Sydney's Lower North Shore, is well known for its waterfront mansions, which makes local developer HELM's newest apartment development one of their most rare.

They've recently launched Élevé, just 22 oversized one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designed for the owner-occupier.

The Holt Avenue projects name derives from the French word for 'elevate'.

Situated on a ridge, Élevé offers a commanding position that provides harbour and parkland views.

The apartments offer high-end finishes and fixtures, with marble finishes and Miele appliances, European oak timber flooring, and Cavalier Bremworth wool carpet.

Location is key, and Élevé offers the best of both worlds. Nestled in the heart of Cremorne, the development is just a 350-metre flat walk from Cremorne Village, with the vibrant community hub home to an array of amenities, including boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants.

CBRE is handling the sales of Eleve, which is expected to see high demand from local downsizers.

HELM, a developer builder who recently sold out their other Lower North Shore project Reverie in a single day, has an enviable iCIRT rating of 4.5 stars, which establishes the developer as one of the most trustworthy in the industry.

They are also developing Phi in Cremorne, and Sonnet in Mosman.

HELM has over 30 National and State Awards, including the prestigious 2020 UDIA National Award for Medium-Density Project of the Year.
