Deicorp has unveiled a new collection of apartments in their Castle Hill development, Hills Showground Village

The new release includes a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, further enhancing the product offering already available at the 430-apartment project.

Designed by Turner Studio, the apartments boast high-quality appliances, including a SMEG oven, gas cooktop and microwave, coupled with open plan living and dining areas which extend seamlessly to spacious balconies that take in views over the leafy surroundings.

Residents will be afforded with never-to-be-built-out views as they sit adjacent to the new Showground precinct, with the picturesque surroundings complemented by landscaped native gardens and green spaces.

The Hills Showground Village will also offer an array of communal facilities and amenities that cater to residents' every need, from barbecue areas to dining and entertainment facilities.

The convenience of everyday essentials is within arm's reach, with the Hills Showground Village to boast a full-line supermarket, along with 30 speciality retail outlets.

Food lovers will be delighted with the thriving café, restaurant, and bar scene in the area, with a dining and retail precinct on their doorstep.

Construction is well underway on the landmark development, with prices for a one-bed plus study apartment starting from $640,000.
