Deicorp's highly anticipated Downtown Zetland project is rapidly taking shape, with recent construction updates revealing significant milestones that have investors and potential homeowners buzzing.

Andrew Coleman, Deicorp's Construction and Development Executive, said Building A's entire concrete superstructure is set to be completed by December, with works across the other building's also progressing well.

Building B, another integral part of the development, has reached a noteworthy milestone as well.

"Concrete structure works have been topped out, up to the roof level, on Building B," Coleman said.

“External face brickwork and installation of windows has advanced up to Levels 5 and 6. Finishing trades are now preparing to commence on ground floor and lift lobby areas.”

The attention to detail extends below ground as well. Residential storage cages and high-level drainage systems are being fitted to all basement car parking areas.

Downtown has experienced strong buyer demand from both owner-occupiers and investors. As the project nears its completion, inquiries and sales continue to surge.

There's now just 20 apartments left to sell in Building B and Building C, with a strong demand from both investors and owner-occupiers.

Designed to reflect the urban energy of Zetland, Downtown boasts four distinct buildings crafted by renowned architects MHNDU and BVN Architects.

Offering a range of floor plans, including open-plan two-level apartments with off-street access, the project is set to deliver a total of 546 apartments upon completion.

The buildings are ingeniously connected via laneways, creating a vibrant village where residents can enjoy the utmost convenience, while rooftop gardens offer tranquil spaces surrounded by lush landscaping, providing residents with a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.
