One Rose, the latest apartment development by 4.5 Gold Star iCIRT rated company DASCO, is offering a discounted deposit rate for prospective buyers.

Buyers at the Corona Avenue project of just 23 apartments won't have to pay a 20 or 10 per cent deposit to secure an apartment. They will only have to pay three per cent on exchange of contracts.

That puts the price for a deposit of the two-bedroom apartments from $43,500 and the three-bedroom apartments from $68,700. Buyers will then pay back in instalments weekly until the full deposit has been paid.

Designed by Stanisic Architects, the two sculptural buildings have been curated to sit harmoniously within the historic and leafy suburb. Bold face brickwork pays homage to the surrounding classic architecture and respects the integrity of the streetscape, with vertical timber batten detailing adding privacy and a contemporary aesthetic.

The two and three-bedroom apartments feature landscaped alfresco spaces in the form of either a balcony or garden courtyard, while some residences will have built-in fireplaces and even a mini bar. For a limited time and for no extra cost, DASCO are also offering buyers the chance to upgrade the premium European appliances and integrated fridges to Gaggenau, one of the most premium appliance retailers in the country.

The communal areas at One Rose provide a tranquil atmosphere that encourages relaxation and retreat. A central garden, adorned with an established gum tree, serves as a shaded centrepiece and further enhances the natural beauty of the development.

Two high-tech car lifts with smart queuing and double safety backup enhance the overall luxury of the development, with electric car charging facilities also implemented. A wellness retreat and a rooftop terrace with lifestyle facilities and a pergola-shaded barbecue area round out the amenity offering at One Rose.

Nestled on the border of Roseville village and the commercial hub of Chatswood, residents will be surrounded by some of Sydney’s most prestigious public and private schools, and shopping centres including Chatswood Westfield and Chatswood Chase.
