Coronation Property has topped out the second stage of its $700 million master-planned precinct, Mason & Main in Merrylands.

The celebration was marked with an event attended by Coronation Property's owner Joe Nahas, contract partners, suppliers, and executive staff.

Nahas said the topping out of Mason & Main Stage Two is a major milestone for the project, following the recent opening of Stage One earlier this year.

“The topping out of Mason & Main Stage Two signifies our commitment to working on-the-ground increasing the supply of quality, new homes in Sydney.

“We’re proud to be providing a premium lifestyle destination for the residents of Western Sydney – places that people are truly proud of living in.”

David Borger, Executive Director of Business Western Sydney, said this was an important development for the people in Sydney's vibrant Western suburbs.

“Mason & Main is a fantastic example of what can be achieved for the people of Western Sydney," Borger said.

"This development is providing residents the opportunity to live in a well-connected area that’s close to their social networks and workplaces, while enjoying the kind of quality product that’s usually reserved for inner city suburbs."

Mason & Main Stage Two consists of 415 build-to-sell apartments across two buildings, offering studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.

The project, designed by Woods Bagot and 360 Degrees Landscape Architects, will include amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and outdoor dining facilities.

Upon completion, Stage Two will complement Stage One, which features 434 build-to-rent apartments, the largest such development in New South Wales.

The precinct will also feature a 9,000 sqm dining and retail area known as 'Eat Street,' comprising over 25 retail occupants including Macelleria, Yuzu Dining, One Playground gym, Hilltop Childcare Centre, and various beauty and health services.
