Coronation Property tops out Stage One of Ashbury Terraces
Coronation Property has reached a significant milestone with the topping out of Stage One of its Ashbury Terraces development.
A ceremony was held to celebrate the achievement, attended by staff, contract partners, and suppliers.
Guests included representatives from SJB Architects, M3 Property, NAB, Mance Araj, EI Australia, Mecone, Coverforce, and CBRE, alongside Coronation Property’s on-site and head office staff, MN Builders, and Studio Circle.
Aras Labutis, Head of Urban Transformations at Coronation Property, spoke at the event. He highlighted the significance of the project, stating, “This milestone brings everyone at Coronation a great deal of pride. It’s proof of our commitment and dedication to being on the ground, building more homes in locations where people want to live.”
Labutis emphasised that Ashbury Terraces honours the local area's charm and heritage while providing modern, premium housing close to Sydney’s CBD.
The Ashbury Terraces development, is Coronation's first venture into Sydney's inner west market.
The $200 million project encompasses a 16,500 sqm site and will provide 136 new homes, including 59 garden terraces, 74 premium apartments, and three penthouses.
Designed by a handpicked team of Australia’s leading designers from SJB and 360 Landscape Architects, Ashbury Terraces features a brickwork façade, seamlessly blending the old with the new, drawing inspiration from Ashbury’s existing fabric.
Each residence connects to generous outdoor entertaining areas, oversized backyards and courtyards, with rooftop terraces offering vistas of the city skyline.
Landscaped pathways connecting to W H Wagener Oval act as an extension of the already sizeable private backyards, with Ashbury Terraces also incorporating a pedestrian link between Milton Street and the oval for both residents and the broader community.
Stage One of the project has sold out, while Stage Two is over 80 per cent sold.
