Construction underway at Audrey, St Leonards apartment development
Hyecorp has begun constructing their latest Lower North Shore development, Audrey.
Located at 13-19 Canberra Avenue, the St Leonards project will deliver 81 apartments across 12-storeys upon completion, a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
North Shore Property Construction are handling the build of Audrey.
As a part of the Hyecorp Group, North Shore Property Construction have been the exclusive builder of all Hyecorp’s luxury apartment projects since 2009, amassing a portfolio of award-winning projects throughout their time including Sevana in Lane Cove and Sienna in Willoughby.
North Shore Property will incorporate all the signature design elements of Hyecorp within the build of the residences, including study and multipurpose room options.
Designed by SJB, the apartments will also include bespoke kitchens, featuring 60 millimetre engineered stone countertops, complimented by stylish splashbacks and top-of-the-line Miele appliances, including gas cooktops and filly integrated dishwashers.
Oversized windows will invite an abundance of natural light into the apartments, while also allowing residents to choose between vistas toward the lush greenery of the nearby parkland, the waters of the harbour, or the bustling cityscape.
But it's not just apartments at The Audrey. The development boasts an indoor pool and spa, along with a personal training studio, a state-of-the-art cinema, dedicated music room and a private dining room. Crowning Audrey will be the resident's rooftop terrace, complete with barbecue facilities and panoramic vistas.
Situated in one of Sydney's elite addresses, Audrey enjoys a prime location with Newland Park right on its doorstep. Residents will have access to an array of cafes and restaurants, shopping destinations, in addition to the convenience of being within walking distance to St Leonards Train Station and Royal North Shore Hospital.
One, two and three-bedroom apartments are still available in Audrey, with prices starting from $860,000 for a one-bedroom plus study apartment.
