Completion is fast approaching at Third.i's luxury Kurraba Point waterfront apartment development, Kurraba Residences.

Richard Crookes Construction has been handling the build of the $43 million project, which will offer some of the best views in one of Sydney's most sought-after suburbs.

Designed to seamlessly integrate with its surroundings, the Kurraba Residences will evoke the grandeur of Sydney's waterfront estates while paying homage to the classic 1920's apartment buildings that line the coveted edges of the harbour.

The Kurraba Residences will boast an enviable location surrounded by parks and nature reserves. The project is strategically positioned to provide residents with far-reaching vistas and an envious living experience.

The architectural design, spearheaded by the renowned Adam Haddow-led SJB, is expected to set new standards for harbourside living in Sydney.

“Embraced by foreshore gardens on all three sides, the architecture pays homage to classic 1920's apartment buildings that dominate the edges of the harbour. Sculpted in brick, the graceful building reaches out to the water like fingers on a hand,” Haddow said.

The development comprises a collection of two, three and four-bedroom apartments, catering to a range of preferences and lifestyles.

With 21 luxury residences already sold, potential buyers are presented with a rare opportunity to secure their place in one of the three exclusive penthouses. The penthouses have been designed to offer the same level of consideration and luxury as an elite private home, with the Phillip Mathieson-led Mathieson Architects handling the interiors.

“A key element of this project is the absolute seamless integration between the interiors and architecture, and the transition between the interior living space and the external balconies," Mathieson said.

At the Kurraba Residences, nature takes centre stage. Inspired by the lush foliage and green spaces that extend to the waterfront, the development embraces and celebrates the beauty of gardens in every aspect, from the grounds to the rooftops.

The homes boast state-of-the-art Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, as well as expansive solid marble surfaces, and a sea of limestone flooring that adds a touch of functional glamour to everyday living. The burnished metal accents strategically reflect the shimmering light emanating from the adjacent water, further enhancing the luxurious ambiance.
