Caringbah Bowling Club is an iconic institution that has been a part of the Sutherland Shire community since its establishment in 1958.

Experience property developers, Landmark Group, are set to capitalise on one of the area's oldest clubs, creating a collection of residences above the greens of the bowling club, with a mix of one, two and three and four-bedroom apartments, dubbed Caringbah Greens.

Award-winning DKO Architecture has been brought on board to design the coastal-inspired residences, which will offer expansive alfresco areas, seamless open living and dining spaces, and appointed neutral coastal finishes.

DKO's Director, Nicholas Byrne, said the collection of buildings maximise views, natural light and privacy.

“Elevated above the greens, the design ensures residents always feel connected to the surrounding green landscapes."

The redevelopment will see three residential buildings constructed across the site, in addition to a new club bistro, two bowling greens and a central playground.

Expansive alfresco areas flow from the living rooms, expanding the interior space, capturing views and inviting the outdoors in.

The kitchens are appointed with European appliances, breakfast bar style dining, stone benchtops and splashbacks, with the bathrooms to feature stone display shelving paired with contemporary mirrored cabinets.

Inspired by nature, rooftop terraces will crown each of the buildings, providing barbecue and entertaining facilities overlooking the verdant landscape.

Located just 650 meters from Caringbah station, making it easy for residents to commute to work or explore the city, while Cronulla Beach is a mere six minute drive away.

Miranda Westfield is also just a five-minute drive away, offering residents access to a range of shopping and dining options, while for an outdoor adventure, the Royal National Park is just 12 minutes from the site.

With over 20 years of experience, Landmark has successfully completed billions of dollars worth of projects, with construction soon set to commence across the site.
