Construction has begun on Alex Collective, a boutique collection of apartments and penthouses in Alexandria.

Designed by architect Andrew Burns and developed and built by Ceerose, the boutique collection will deliver a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with an aim to redefine urban living.

Ceerose, the developer and builder of Alex Collective, brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for excellence to the project. Established in 1998, the company has a track record of delivering bespoke, innovative, and high-quality developments in Sydney.

With a projected completion date in mid-2024, Alex Collective boasts an array of premium inclusions, fixtures, and finishes that are sure to captivate prospective homeowners.

The apartments feature oversized rooms and balconies, providing residents with ample space to unwind and entertain, while the design incorporates light wells and skybridge corridors, enabling natural light and cross ventilation to flow seamlessly between apartments and buildings.

Situated at the heart of the development is the private resident's garden. Designed by esteemed Landscape Architects Site Image Group, the garden provides an idyllic setting for relaxation and socialising, complete with a swimming pool flanked by cabana-style seating.

Visitor parking is available to accommodate guests, and the development caters to the growing demand for electric vehicles by incorporating EV charging stations.

Car wash and dog wash bays further enhance the convenience factor, catering to the needs of both residents and their pets.

The development is FTTP NBN ready, ensuring residents have access to high-speed internet for seamless communication, entertainment, and remote work.

Located in the vibrant Alexandria neighbourhood, residents will find themselves just a stone's throw away from various amenities, including Bunnings, Woolworths, and Dan Murphy's which are all within a short distance.

For recreational activities, Alexandria Park and Sydney Park offer green spaces for outdoor pursuits and relaxation.

Families with children will appreciate the proximity of renowned educational institutions such as Alexandria Park Community School, Erskineville Public School, and St. Mary's Catholic Primary School.

Commuters will also benefit from the development's close proximity to Green Square Station and Erskineville Station, allowing for easy access to the CBD, Sydney Airport, and other major destinations.
