Diversified Australian property developers Conquest is nearing a sellout on their completed Burwood development, La Luna Residences.

The group have sold 95 per cent of apartments in the 18-level building on George Street.

Only a handful of two-bedroom apartments remain, which start from $995,000. They span 80 sqm and each have two bathrooms and a car space.

Conquest had Luis La Pegna led the design of La Luna, where sophisticated and elegant selections of materials have been incorporated throughout.

Functionality is at the forefront of the design, with open plan dining and living zones flowing seamlessly onto main balconies, providing views to the city skyline and CBD.

The apartments also feature internal laundries, concealed and inbuilt to maximise on space and practicality, along with linen storage and study space.

Nestled in the heart of the inner-city suburb, La Luna Residences benefit from having the diverse cultural offerings Burwood is renowned for right on their doorstep.

La Luna not only provides convenient walk-through access to the retail on offer at Westfield Shopping Centre, but sits on the cusp of the suburb's restaurant district, which is home to Burwood's own Chinatown as well as Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood.

Conquest certainly hit the sweet spot when choosing the site for La Luna as residents also benefit from convenient transport links as well.

Within 250-metres there's Burwood Train Station, making commuting into the city, which is just 12-kilometres away a breeze, while there's also a number of bus stops nearby.

Residents will soon to benefit from the proposed Burwood Metro Station which is set to be constructed just a short stroll away from La Luna.
