When the opportunity to grab a prime development site in Hurstville on the corner of Forest and Hill Roads, veteran Sydney developer TQM snatched at it.

The site, where TQM are developing their 127-apartment tower Lotus Residences, is in one of the most well connected spots in the south Sydney suburb.

The $120 million, two-building development which offers scenic views of the surrounding neighbourhoods and Sydney's skyline, is just seven minutes from Hurstville Station and five minutes from Westfield Hurstville, putting future residents within touching distance of both convenience and connectivity.

As a primary station on Sydney's T4 rail network, trains to Sydney's CBD run every two to five minutes during peak hours. The nearby M4 motorway, King Georges Road, and the Princes Highway ensure quick and convenient access to all parts of Sydney, whether by bus (via Hurstville bus interchange) or car.

Hurstville is a vibrant melting pot of cultures, offering many dining options, from traditional Cantonese yum cha to authentic regional Chinese cuisine.

International gourmet cuisine from Golden Sun BBQ, Falcha Nepalese restaurant, YAYOI Japanese restaurant, Dougies Grill, and Thai Thae is available in less than a 15-minute walk.

But away from this urban strip, residents will find quiet, leafy streets, parks and playgrounds. Woodville Park is five minutes from Lotus Residence, while Kempt Field is just seven minutes away.

Hurstville also has a long and rich tradition of educational excellence. From K-12 and beyond, residents will be less than one kilometre away from various public, Catholic and private schooling options, the closest being Danebank School, Hurstville Public School, Bethany College and Sydney Technical High School.

Lotus Residences is scheduled for completion in late 2024.
