The recent North Sydney Council approval to add another level to Central Element's Neutral Bay apartment development, Pienza, has made way for the release of seven more apartments at the in-demand development

Dubbed the Palazzo Collection, the limited collection introduces two new levels of seven two and three-bedroom penthouse-proportioned residences.

Pienza now sits at 37 apartments across a contemporary six-level building designed by SJB Architects

Design Director Adam Haddow described Pienza as "the contemporary version of an Italian hilltop town," characterised by a classically inspired façade, layered with texture and polish.

The Palazzo Collection offers residences with a north-facing aspect, eight-metre frontages, and secluded balconies that extend from the open-plan interiors.

The light-filled living area, sunbathed by floor-to-ceiling windows accentuated by a palette of neutral shades, can feature an optional Ecosmart fireplace.

The heart of the home is the chef's kitchen equipped with superior appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf, complemented by an optional bar. Each residence includes a spacious home office.

Retail and dining options have also been incorporated into Pienza, with the ground plane reactivated with two levels of commercial space, housing five retail spaces.

Pienza will also offer exclusive lifestyle amenities, including a resident garden, a fitness studio, a rooftop swimming pool, and alfresco dining spaces.

The construction of Pienza is currently underway with the renowned builder, Richard Crookes Constructions, with expected completion in early 2025. The project sits on Waters Road, one street back from the Neutral Bay Village.

Central Element is for for a busy 2024, with projects in Bondi Beach, Coogee, and Hyde Park expected to launch.
