Local developer and builder CBD Core is hoping to welcome residents into Astrid, it's second apartment development in the Hills Showground Precinct, by early next year.

The group has previously found success in the area, having already completed the Oriel Apartments. Astrid adds another 94 apartments to their strong pipeline.

CBD Core engaged Zhinar Architects to design the modern two-building project, which also includes dual-level penthouses that come equipped with personal lifts, offering a touch of exclusivity and convenience to the development.

Located just minutes away from the Showground Metro station, Astrid is strategically positioned to take in the best of the burgeoning suburb, with residents poised to\ have easy access to public transportation, connecting them to the wider community, the city and beyond.

Astrid will offer an array of amenities designed to enhance the residents' lifestyle, with the Astrid Lounge, an exclusive resident-only zone, providing a space for relaxation and productivity, completed with dedicated work stations.

There'll also be a solar roof powered outdoor work space cabana, set amongst lush landscaping, along with a heated lap pool and sun deck, commercial outdoor cooking barbecue facilities, and a state-of-the-art gym.

Buyers can still purchase a one, two or three-bedroom apartment in Astrid, with prices starting from $605,000.

The remaining apartments provide spacious layouts, spanning from 53 sqm, with each also benefitting from dedicated car spaces.
