Castle Hill's latest residential development, Astrid, by local developer and builder CBD Core, is now ready for occupancy.

The two-building project marks CBD Core's second apartment development within the Hills Showground Precinct, following the completion of the Oriel apartments.

Astrid comprises 94 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and dual-level penthouses with personal lifts across two modern buildings by Zhinar Architects.

Responding to the evolving needs of apartment dwellers post-COVID-19, CBD Core has incorporated extensive work-from-home facilities within the development.

The Astrid Lounge, an exclusive resident-only zone, offers a conducive environment for both relaxation and productivity.

The lounge features dedicated workstations and a solar roof-powered outdoor workspace cabana, enhancing the work-from-home experience with lush landscaping.

Residents can also enjoy a range of amenities including a heated lap pool with a sun deck, commercial outdoor barbecue facilities, and a state-of-the-art gym, ensuring a balanced lifestyle of work and leisure.

Turner Wolfe Director Matt Wolfe says there are a lot of young professionals in the Hills District, and he expects more to populate the growing Castle Hill area, particularly given Astrid is only minutes from the Showground Metro station.

There are a handful of completed two and three-bedroom apartments remaining for sale.
