Bridgehill, the well-known property developer behind the popular UNO and JADE residences in Green Square, has recently announced the launch of their latest Green Square project, ALBA.

The group has appointed Westbourne Construction to handle the build of the new development, marking the sixth collaboration between the two.

ALBA will comprise 360 apartments across two buildings of 10 and 15 storeys, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as generously proportioned double-storey penthouses.

Westbourne will also complete the roadworks and public domain which divide the buildings.

Designed in collaboration by McNally Architects and Sissons Architects, ALBA will feature warm, textured terracotta masonry, paying homage to Green Square's rich industrial heritage.

Completed is slated for Q3 2024.

Located in the heart of one of Sydney's most vibrant and eclectic neighbourhoods and just four-kilometres from the CBD, ALBA is surrounded by a wealth of urban delights.

From dog-friendly parks and vibrant galleries to the bustling precincts of Alexandria, Waterloo, Erskineville, and Kensington, there is always something new to discover in this dynamic part of the city.

Residents will also be within proximity to the popular Grounds of Alexandria and Carriageworks, as well as Green Square Library and Bourke St Bakery. The project is just 200 metres from Green Square Station.
