Chinese developer Bridgehill Group is continuing to inject new apartment supply to Zetland's Green Square precinct.

They've just launched LUNA, which accompanies their already completed <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/uno-green-square-105-115-portman-street-zetland">UNO</a> and <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/jade-apartments-paul-street-zetland">Jade Apartments</a>&nbsp;buildings, as well as their under construction <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/alba-zetland-499-botany-road-zetland">ALBA development</a> next door at 499 Botany Road.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/luna-499-botany-road-zetland">LUNA</a> comprises 230 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses spread across a ten-level building designed by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/mhn-design-union">MHN Design Union</a>.

The building's facade is characterised by striking masonry columns reminiscent of the Heritage Architecture that was once prevalent in the neighbourhood.

Bridgehill Group release latest instalment of Zetland precinct, LUNA

Bridgehill, the well-known property developer behind the popular UNO and JADE residences in Green Square, has recently announced the launch of their latest Green Square project, ALBA.

The group has appointed Westbourne Construction to handle the build of the new development, marking the sixth collaboration between the two.&nbsp;

ALBA will comprise 360 apartments across two buildings of 10 and 15 storeys, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as generously proportioned double-storey penthouses.
