Designed by Dickson Rothchild, Kogarah Grand's apartments are a fusion of form and function. The kitchens feature breakfast bars as well as engineered stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, and a suite of Smeg appliances.

The bathrooms are enhance by mood lighting and wall-hung vanities, in addition to marble-grain floor-to-ceiling tiles and frameless glass shower screens.

Located in the heart of Kogarah village, Kogarah Grand offers unparalleled convenience and access to a plethora of amenities. Residents can take a leisurely stroll to the nearby Kogarah Retail and Dining Precinct or reach Rockdale Plaza in just four minutes for a selection of supermarkets, fresh produce, and fashion outlets.
