Future residents of Billbergia's Arncliffe Central are poised to enjoy a host of amenities and retail options right at their doorstep.

As a state significant development, the project aims to contribute to the growth and transformation of Arncliffe into a vibrant and sought-after suburb.

Located at 26 Eden Street, just 11 kilometres south of Sydney's CBD, the development is set to become a vibrant and dynamic community, offering a range of conveniences within easy reach.

As the first master-planned community of its size in the suburb, Arncliffe Central has already made waves since its Stage 1 launch in October of last year. With a total investment of $253 million, the state-of-the-art development spans an expansive 60,000 sqm and will comprises four towers, each housing 744 apartments.

The development will feature a brand-new community centre, providing residents with a space to gather, connect, and engage in various activities, in addition to a state-of-the-art childcare facility, ensuring that families have access to quality care and early learning opportunities.

For those seeking retail therapy or a bite to eat, the retail precinct at Arncliffe Central is set boast a diverse range of shops, a full-line supermarket, and a collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The vibrant 'eat street' precinct promises to be a culinary haven, where locals can indulge in a variety of cuisines and flavours.

There'll also be a sprawling 4,000 sqm park and pet-friendly facilities, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors without having to venture far from home.

Located just minutes away from Sydney Airport, convenience continues at Arncliffe Central, with the project also offering easy access to the highway and the M5 motorway as well.

As Arncliffe Central continues to take shape, it is poised to become a landmark destination that not only caters to the needs of its residents but also enriches their lives with a range of retail and amenity options, with completion slated for March 2026.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are currently selling in the stage one release, with prices starting from $665,000.

The one and two-bedders come with one car space, while the three-bedder benefits from two spaces.
