Hurstville, a thriving suburb located just 16 kilometres from Sydney's CBD, is continuing its transformation through high-density residential projects.

Developer Fridcorp recently took the wraps off Beyond, their four-tower project on Forest Road.

Designed by award-winning architects DKO and Woods Bagot, the project offers a range of brand new one, two, three-bedroom apartments that are ready for occupancy.

Beyond offers an extensive array of indoor and outdoor multi-functional amenity spaces, including a meditation deck, a communal barbecue area, private gardens designed by 360 Degrees, a well-equipped gym and sauna.

Beyond also homes a laneway retail precinct, boasting a recently opened Woolworths and BWS, with upcoming cafes, retail shops, and dining options set to enhance the community atmosphere. This integrated retail space ensures residents have easy access to everyday essentials and a variety of conveniences right at their doorstep.

Security and pet-friendliness are also prioritised in Beyond. Residents can enjoy peace of mind with the building's secure features, and pet owners will appreciate the pet-friendly environment that welcomes their furry companions.

Inside the apartments, open-plan living takes centre stage. The residences feature Wellness Systems, including air purification, water filtration, and circadian lighting, coupled with Oak timber flooring adds a touch of elegance while providing low-maintenance living.

The full kitchens are complete with SMEG appliances, while the Fridcorp custom bar, featuring brushed brass finishes, adds a touch of sophistication to the living space.

The bedrooms feature mirrored built-in robes, high ceilings, and full-height windows, creating a sense of space and luxury, coupled with bathrooms with bathtubs and separate internal laundries.

The strategic location of Beyond ensures residents can enjoy the quintessential Sydney lifestyle. With Allawah and Hurstville train stations in close proximity, commuting to the CBD is a breeze, with just a 19-minute express train ride.

The heart of Hurstville and Westfield Shopping Centre, which offers a wide range of retail brands and dining experiences, is within a short walking distance, with residents also set to benefit from the open spaces of Kempt Field Park, situated right next to the development.

Prices at Beyond starting at $610,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, $845,000 for two-bedroom unit, and $1.31 million for three-bed apartments.
