Bellevue Hill's dress circle Drumalbyn Road is set for one of its most luxury new apartment developments to date.

Artemis, at 76 Drumalbyn Road, will comprise just eight apartments across a boutique building of six developed by Charas Constructions and just launched.

Envisioned by the master architecture studio MHN Design Union, the boutique collection of private homes is an effortless confluence of a soothing, earthly palette and organic, textured materiality outside and within the home—expressed through crafted timber joinery and marble finishes.

The sprawling whole-floor residences, with no shared walls, have had their interiors crafted by SMAC Studios. They feature expansive, open-plan living areas that flow uninterrupted through floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the generous northeast terraces, offering a leafy outlook. Sleek glass fireplaces take centre stage in the living area, featuring gorgeous European Oak flooring.

In a masterstroke of design, a circular void of floor-to-ceiling glazing embraces the site's eucalyptus tree, soaring through all the apartment floors—inviting a true marvel of the natural world into every home.

The oversized kitchens feature marble benchtops, brushed nickel tapware, and a spacious butler's pantry, complemented by premium European appliances.

The grand main bedroom suite sports a walk-in wardrobe and a large ensuite bathroom. The generous second bedroom also has an ensuite, while the third and fourth bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes.

On the ground level of the sloping block is a communal area featuring an outdoor patio overlooking a swimming pool and an intimate, manicured garden.

The vibrant harbour villages of Rose Bay and Double Bay are just a stone's throw from Artemis, while Bondi Junction's Westfield, a bustling hub of international fashion brands, is just an eight-minute drive away.

Only the first apartment in the building has been released to the market, the 220 sqm, four-bedroom apartment with a two-car garage.
