Sydney's Lower North Shore is renowned for its leafy landscapes and panoramic views, and Greenwich's newest apartment development, Akoya, is set to take advantage of both.

Akoya, a collaboration between Alceon Group and NGS Super, will boast sweeping vistas of Sydney Harbour, including iconic landmarks such as the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and the city skyline.

Designed by Marchese Partners, the project offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with every detail considered to create a sense of elegance and sophistication.

The Signature Collection at Akoya has been designed to be sumptuous yet functional, boasting modern interiors with bespoke joinery, a fireplace, and marble benchtops adorned with a full suite of Sub Zero & Wolf Appliances, including a full-height wine fridge.

The Harbour Front Collection at Akoya takes luxury to new heights, offering sun-drenched light and uninterrupted views of Sydney's most sought-after vista. These three-bedroom apartments exude an air of opulence and practicality, featuring two bathrooms, two car spaces, secure basement storage, and a dedicated cellar for wine enthusiasts.

The 270-degree views stretch from the Greenwich Peninsula towards Balmain, over Goat Island, and eastward to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

The Sky Villa collection at Akoya represents the epitome of regality and luxury. The exclusive apartments feature bespoke details, including natural stone, marble, and brass, which complement the limitless views of Sydney Harbour that are on offer from their prime positioning within the development.

Akoya also offers residents a range of five-star amenities that are rarely seen in Sydney.

Residents can indulge in the luxurious infinity edge lap pool, which floats above the harbour, providing sweeping city views, with the space complete with resort-style sunken sunbeds.

The lush landscaped rooftop terrace also features built-in dining pods, creating private spaces for hosting friends and family, in addition to two outdoor kitchens.

Akoya is also home to an in-house bar and lounge, a wine cellar that offers individual storage spaces for residents' personal wine collections, with the space able to be transformed into a private dining room, complete with a finishing kitchen.

For those with a passion for golf, Akoya features its own golf simulator room, allowing residents to play a round of golf all year round, regardless of the weather. The golf simulator room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers a small lounge area as well.

In addition to the golf simulator, Akoya boasts a boutique cinema, along with office suites, providing private spaces to work or hold meetings.
