Prominent Lower North Shore apartment developer Abadeen Group has appointed Decode Group as the builder for two of their upcoming residential developments.

The iCIRT-rated Decode will build The Villas in Neutral Bay and Northcote Collective in Naremburn.

The Villas, located on Premier Street near Forsyth Park, is a five-level residential development comprising 18 spacious two and three-bedroom apartments.

Designed by PBD Architects, in collaboration with interior designer Tom Mark Henry, The Villas caters to the discerning downsizer demographic.

Abadeen's Northcote Collective will bring the first new residential project in Naremburn for several years.

The Rothelowman-designed Northcote Collective comprises 58 apartments across a seven-storey and four-storey residential building.

The mixed-use project will feature retail and hospitality on the ground level and communal spaces with recreational facilities on the rooftop such as a pool, BBQ areas, and alfresco dining overlooking parklands and the city skyline.

Abadeen expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership with Decode Group, emphasising their commitment to delivering exceptional residential experiences in these prime locations.

Decode Group also expressed excitement about the joint venture, referring to it as a "double project win."

Abadeen is delivering a total of seven projects in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, and one in Brighton Le Sands.
