The North Maclean home which is set to feature on tonight's Selling Houses Australia is asking offers of over $529,000.

Initially seeking $539,000, the home is still for sale after the renovation from the Selling Houses Australia team.

Interior designer Shaynna Blaze co-ordinated a new coat of paint, new flooring, blinds and an upgraded kitchen, while Charlie spruced up the outdoor entertaining area.

The 1970s home last traded for $315,000 in 2015.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on its two hectare parcel which includes two dams.

Arrow Real Estate agent Jane Mitchell says the property has potential for a hobby farm, or a dog breeding or kennel business.

It has kennel licence for nine dogs and has previously homed former greyhound racers Income, Dusty, Trixie, Clarkie and Elly.
