Ten Network newsreader Sandra Sully and her husband, FlexiGroup chief Symon Brewis-Weston, have all but emptied their property portfolio, selling three Broadbeach apartments at recent Gold Coast auction.

They secured $1.38 million, some nice price growth on the $1.16 million outlay which began when Sully bought in to the Parkdale boutique block of six in 2006.

Each apartment had been a consistent rental over the years.

Sully's first purchase in to the block one street back from the Broadbeach sand set her back $361,500 when she bought the second-floor unit.

She followed it up two years later with a ground floor apartment for $410,000 in 2008.

Sully and Brewis-Weston then bought one in both of their names, paying $415,000 for the top floor apartment last year when buying from Sully's parents.

The couple retain another Broadbeach apartment in a different block nearby which cost $710,000 in 2011.
