A syndicate of buyers, including mortgage broker John Kolenda and his wife Milenka, have sold Emerald Cove, their Central Coast weekender for $3,225,000.

The 3200 square metre property last traded 18 months ago for $2,999,999.

It was renovated and landscaped last year by Kolenda, Jennifer Davitt and Adrian Lee.

It came with initial $3.5 million hopes.

The Hamptons-style house, with 125 metres of beachfrontage at Umina, was bought by Goldman Sachs managing director Nell Hutton.

It has been returning over $100,000 annually in rental income.

There are also architectural plans available for a substantial 10 bed, 12 bath, two pool residence with sky-garden, an abundance of living areas and tennis court.

Umina Beach last year had a $3.58 million purchase by wealthy businessman Tony Borg.
