A luxury architecturally designed home on the largest beachfront holding in Mollymook, fronting the exclusive Collers Beach, has been listed for sale.

Allen Jack + Cottier designed the three bedroom Burleigh Way home on the 7,675 sqm absolute beachfront holding.

Set in private rainforest-like gardens, there's also self-contained accomodation on the parcel comprising one bedroom, as well as a separate two car garage.

The property last traded $3.1 million in 2008, which still stands as the Mollymook record.

Ray White Surfside Properties - Ulladulla owner Darryl Leslight doesn't know what price it can achieve due to its uniqueness.

"What I can say is that the vendors purchased the property in 2008 for $3.1M and property values in the area have certainly increased since that time, to varying degrees," he said.

"But the vendors are commercial and are prepared to meet the market.

"They seldom use the property and in some cases have not visited for periods in excess of 12 months."
