Minimal price gains for Selling Houses Australia beachfront
The Queensland beachfront cottage that appeared on last night's Selling Houses Australia only fetched $13,500 more than it sold for in 2011.
The home on the beachfront at Campwin Beach in Mackay sold for $415,000, after it sought $380,000 to $430,000.
First National Mackay Sarina Nebo agent Greg Brady sold the home after 215 days.
Interior designer Shaynna Blaze worked her magic, particularly on the kitchen, where she freshened up the bench tops plus cupboarding and added an island.
Landscaped gardener Charlie Albone added a stone driveway that leads up to the rear of the house.
The 1920's home in traditional beach cottage design has three bedrooms and one bathroom.
It sits on a large 810 sqm block with direct access to the beach.
