Rugby star Quade Cooper and his model girlfriend Laura Dundovic are set to list their luxury Bulimba pad as he heads to Melbourne to play with the Melbourne Rebels.

The near riverfront got a complete makeover last year by Graya Construction.

Cooper paid $1.845 million for the home in 2015 when moving from Hawthorne.

The two-storey home near popular Oxford Street has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

There's also a 20 metre glass-framed pool and 12 metre marina berth.

It was a $1,700 a week rental when Cooper was overseas playing for Toulon in France.

The New Zealand-born star offloaded his Hawthorne house for $1.6 million in 2015.
