The Wambo Road property in Bulga sat on 110 hectares in two separate titles. 

Previously operated as Pescher's Wines, the homestead has been renovated by the current owner 

The home comprises three bedrooms, three living areas, formal lounge, theatre room, kitchen, study and sunroom.

It features enclosed entertaining area, outdoor BBQ, verandahs, outdoor bath and ground salt pool. 

Meerea also includes frontage to Hayes Creek, wells and dams, 30 acres of vines, machinery sheds and double garage.
