The building features resort style facilities and is within walking distance of innumerable amenities, beaches and transport options.

The abode is currently being listed through Fox's Real Estate.

Built in 2003, the home has been on and off market, mostly on, since 2013 seeking as low as $5.95 million in 2018/2019 but has yet to sell. It was briefly listed in June last year at $6.7 million.

For sale in the same building is unit 11, on market since May last year, seeking $2.875 million. It last sold for $950,000 in 2012.

Construction was started in 2002 by FKP of its $45 million Marquis on Main tower at Main Beach after achieving unconditional sales of about 50 per cent with early deals including the sale of a whole-floor sub-penthouse for $1.75 million.
