Marketing entrepreneur Damien Bray sells Villa Nirvana at Avalon

Damien Bray, the Singapore-based marketing entrepreneur, has sold in Avalon Beach.

Villa Nirvana was promoted as a residence of Zen-like simplicity and serenity.

No pricing has yet been revealed for the very popular Airbnb abode which is set on nearly a full acre on Ruskin Rowe.

There have been 24 sales above $2 million on Ruskin Rowe since 1998, topping, to date, $3,475,000 last September.

The Bray home, with strong Balinese influences, breezeways, terraces and a 15 metre pool, last traded in 2007 at $1,925,000.
