Married At First Sight executive producer Tara McWilliams has sold her Rose Bay semi which was listed with initial $2.5 million hopes in February.

But she fell short as it fetched $2,375,000 after being on the market for 77 days, double the time it took to sell last time.

McWilliams, who the whimn website has ranked as one of the most influential women in television, paid $1.91 million in April last year.

The two-level home was sold through Biller Double Bay agents Paul Biller and Julian Barta. Having undertaken a renovation, including a whitewash exterior, it features a new Caesarstone kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The rear private landscaped courtyard at the three-bedroom, two-bathroom semi was also spruced up.

The next season of MAFS, possibly with returnees and celebrities, was to commence its four months filming from August, but it is expected to be pushed back.
