The contemporary design features remote internal and external blinds, a comprehensive AV system, intercom and security CCTV. 

Emma Bloom and Darren Lewenberg at Kay & Burton, South Yarra sold the property.

The median house price in Malvern is $2 million according to CoreLogic RP Data.
