Laing+Simmons has opened an office in Sydney’s north west at Kellyville.

Sunny Lee (pictured above) and the team behind the former Ray White Kellyville have take on the business.

“Our people understand the local market," Lee said.

"We live here ourselves.

"Kellyville and surrounding suburbs have an opportunity to buck the wider Sydney trend in real estate, with new infrastructure investment, better connections and relative affordability compared to other suburban markets making the north west a real drawcard.

“But vendors need genuine local experience to get the best outcomes, and buyers want to recognise that they’re achieving value for money too. That’s where we come in,” Mr Lee says.

Laing+Simmons managing director Leanne Pilkington noted last year Laing+Simmons celebrated 50 years of leadership at the local market level.

"This year we’re in the process of growing our presence in the key metropolitan and regional locations we’ve identified to ensure this position of local market strength increases,” Ms Pilkington said, adding that its plans in select markets came without losing sight of the boutique model.

Laing+Simmons network growth manager Travis Wentriro says the group’s expansion is aimed at attracting best-in-business operators.
