A 791 acre dairy cow farm in Labertouche, Victoria recently sold for $6.65 million.

It was offered by John Rowe and Evan Broadbent from Harcourts Warragul. 

The farm situated at 385 Labertouche North Road consists of six titles, with four houses, laneways, fencing, and a state of the art operating dairy cow unit.

The dairy cow unit produces an average of 1,175 kilograms milk solids per hectare and on target for 1,250 kilograms of milk solids per hectare this season

Other features of the farm include potable ground water supply, farm dams, and high fertile soils.

Located approximately one hour from Melbourne, the property is within close proximity to the Princes Highway and V-Line Railway.

It was sold at $2,165,000 in 1997.
