The Sydney glamour couple Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall are selling their luxury North Curl Curl home.

But the marketing campaign that began today with the local paper Manly Daily exclusive won't be accompanied by any official price guidance.

Indeed the property that has social media abuzz this morning has yet to be even posted on line by her agent, Steve Thomas at Belle Property.

Most of the twitter commentary was about her shoe collection with the inevitable Imelda Marcos comparisons. Jen simply calls it a shoe wall.

Steve Thomas has had a hand in two prior sales in the Windy Drop Down gated community where sales have ranged from $2.7 million to $6.7 million over the past four years.

Another non-cliff front designer property fetched $3.15 million two doors away in late 2012 when Thomas sold the 2007 built four bedroom house.

The couple have lived in the Molong Street home for the past three years since the built on a former tennis court block that cost $1.375 million in 2010.

Their next nearby Koichi Takada-designed home is underway with Jen recently revealing details on social media about her plans.

The former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall  spent $1.66 million on their next intended property.

It was a knock-down-rebuild in their home suburb of North Curl Curl on Sydney's Northern beaches.

The keen property investors snapped up the property just before heading to Bali for their wedding.

They lodged a development application for $900,000 of new works, including a new swimming pool.

The building site comes with views of the ocean, the lagoon and even a hint of the city skyline  from its 762 square metre parcel of land.

Hawkins recently posted an image on Instagram (pictured above) with the caption: “On-site checking out the construction of our new pool. Pretty damn excited! 5 month countdown.”

The listing circus has continued with sportsbet running a market on its likely selling price:

$13.00 Under $1 Million

$7.00   $1,000,000 - $2,000,000

$1.80   $2,000,001 - $3,000,000

$2.20   $3,000,001 - $4,000,000

$5.50   Over $4 Million

Before Hawkins made the move to the northern beaches, The BRW rich lister who ranks number 22 on the Top 50 Entertainers list owned a townhouse in Coogee, which cost $2.27 million in 2009 for $2.27 million and was sold for $2.3 million in 2012 with a tweet.

"WoW. The property market in Sydney is tough but I'm SO excited to have been one of the lucky ones," she advised, along with a photo of the sold real estate sign.
